I.   Introduction. Thesis Stament: A healthy diet is important because it increases energy,prevet illness and promotes well being in all people.

II. Advantages.

A. Prevent illness
     1.Following a healthy diet can help you not to have low defenses level.
     2.It can make you stronger.
     3.Unhealthy eating ,  over the long term ,could be a risk factor for chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity and heart disease
B. Makes you happier.
     1.What we eat has a big impact on our brains.

C.You will be less stressed.
    1.Certain foods have the ability to moderate our body’s level of cortisol, the stress hormone.
    2. Some studies have found that foods packed with vitamin C and magnesium help reduce cortisol levels.
D.You will live longer.
    1.Healthy eating can help you to avoid diseases that  low your life expectancy.
    2.An study points to nuts as a way to reduce your risk of early death.

 E. You will be more productive.
    1.Eating unhealthy foods puts you at a 66% increase risk of productivity loss.

III.Disadvantages of a healthy diet.

A.Change is hard.
   1.It is hard to incorporate change.
B.Social Obstacles.
    1.It affects the people who live in or are around you.It forces them to change in some way.
    2.You can not eat the same when you go out with friends.

C.Miss comfort food.
   1.You would like to eat a chocolate cake.

IV. Willpower you need.

A.Stay strong.
   1.You should be conscious of what you want and your goals.
B.Not to give up.
