Giant's Causeway description.





The Giant Causeway is a natural area of basalt colums along the sea coast of Northern Ireland. It is located in County Antrim. It is the result of a volcanic eruption. It was created 60 millions years ago when a field of lava cooled and formed hexagonal blocks of basalt.
